Express mail

Your correspondence can travel by itself. Urgent dispatches of letters and documents on the necessary route are possible due to regular flights of NordStar Airlines and Express Mail service. Correspondence will be sent by the nearest regular flight and issued to the recipient at the destination airport immediately after arrival of the flight.

Only documents and other correspondence in paper form with the weight not more than 2.5 kg and with dimensions not more than 50x250x350 mm are accepted for dispatch.

To get the service you need to

1. Contact one of the correspondence acceptance points at least two hours before the flight departure.
2. Present the identification document.
3. Register the dispatch and specify information about the recipient.
4. Notify the recipient of the time of arrival of correspondence at the airport of destination and remind him/her of the necessity to carry the identification document.

The recipient specified by you will be able to receive the package immediately after arrival of the flight at the destination airport in accordance with the schedule for issue of correspondence at the airline representative offices.

Correspondence is accepted for dispatch no later than two hours before the flight departure time according to the schedule. Correspondence is issued no earlier than 2 hours after arrival of the flight.

Cost of the service is calculated on the basis of weight of the package
