According to the flight safety requirements, it is prohibited to place passengers under 18 in rows at emergency exits, to place disabled passengers whose physical or mental condition does not allow to move quickly, passengers whose eyesight and/or hearing are reduced to such an extent that will not allow them to immediately understand the evacuation command, in a row of emergency exits, pregnant women, passengers who are deported and/or in custody.

In case of traveling by transit flights you should remember that check-in for each separate leg opens 24 hours and closes 1 hour before departure of the flight in this direction. If at the time of online check-in more than 24 hours remain until the time of departure of the second flight, check-in will be available only for the first leg of the route.

Use the online check-in service on a step-by-step basis for each flight

in accordance with the period of the beginning and closing of the online check-in for this flight
Use the online check-in service simultaneously for all flights in the route

in a period that coincides with the period of availability of online check-in for both flights in the route.
Use the online check-in service for one of the flights in the route and check in for another flight at the airport.

Boarding and online check-in of children under 12 years old, regardless of presence of accompanying persons, is forbidden for the following rows and seats:

Online check-in for flights performed to Norilsk is available only for passengers, who are citizens of the Russian Federation.

Online check-in for a flight may be unavailable, if any changes were made in the booking in less than 24 hours before departure.

Boarding pass is required for boarding. In case you couldn’t print out the boarding pass at home, you can print it at the check-in desks at the airport of departure. (Check-in for flights ends 40 minutes before departure).

You can check in your luggage at the check-in desk of your flight at the airport. Please, take note of the luggage transportation rules. If your luggage by weight, width or height exceeds the free luggage allowance, you will have to pay for the excess luggage

Pay attention to the time of the beginning and closing of check-in at the airport. Do not forget that at the airport you will have to undergo security control, and customs formalities in case of international carriage. Boarding of passengers ends 20 minutes before the time of departure. Plan your arrival at the airport with consideration for the time required for all mandatory preflight procedures.

For flight safety reasons the Airline reserves the right to change the seat selected by you on board of the aircraft when you receive your boarding pass or on board of the aircraft on the instruction of the pilot-in-command.

During check-in for the flight at the airport of departure, the passenger must arrive at the airport to the check-in and luggage check-in stand in advance to pass the departure formalities.

In order to pass the check-in and luggage check-in procedure, the passenger must present their identity document. If necessary, the passenger shall have documents certifying special conditions of carriage of this passenger and their luggage (power of attorney for the child, medical report, veterinary certificate, etc.).

During check-in at the airport, the passenger shall be issued a boarding pass indicating the passenger’s surname and initials, flight number, departure date, boarding number, flight boarding end time and seat number on board the aircraft.

During check-in and/or check-in luggage, the passenger is obliged to present for weighing all the existing luggage intended for transportation as registered luggage.

During check-in for the flight, the passenger, at the request of the air company employees or its authorized persons, shall present hand luggage for weighing, as well as a backpack and the baby bassinet/stroller in case of transportation of a child.

Self-service check-in kiosks

If the flight is performed from Moscow (Domodedovo), Sochi, Krasnodar airports, passengers can check in for the flight through self-service check-in kiosks for convenience.

Flight check-in for the using self-service check-in kiosks at airports is available for passengers who have pre-registered the Seat selection service

You can use the self-check-in service even if you are traveling with luggage.

After checking in and getting a boarding pass you can drop the luggage at the Drop-Off stand. Luggage check-in is available from the start of the airport flight check-in.
