Voluntary return

In all other cases not related to involuntary refund, ticket refund is considered voluntary. It is possible to return an air ticket only at the place of purchase in accordance with the conditions for applying the fare at which it was issued.

If you bought a ticket on the website www.nordstar.ru, you can issue a ticket refund yourself in the "My Orders" section.

The calculation of the amount of the refund is carried out in accordance with the terms of application of the fare for which the ticket was issued. Informing about the conditions for applying the fare is carried out in the process of issuing a ticket at the stage of choosing a fare and the cost of transportation, and the conditions for applying the fare can be found on the website in the "Tariffs and Conditions" section and by calling the Contact Center 8-800-700-8-007.

If the return of the ticket is not possible, a corresponding notification will be sent to your e-mail (specified when purchasing the ticket).

Refunds take up to 20 business days. The term for crediting funds to a bank card account depends on the issuing bank.

Please note that after applying for a refund, the seats in the order for the selected passengers will be canceled.

No refunds are provided for the Economy Profitable and Business Profitable fares, but you can exchange your ticket for another date before the end of check-in for the flight. To do this, contact the Contact Center 8-800-700-8-007 or go to the "My Orders" section on the NordStar website.

Forced return

The passenger has the right to an involuntary refund of the ticket, under the conditions provided for in clauses 5.1. and 5.2. Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo of NordStar Airlines.

To issue an involuntary refund, you need to contact the place of purchase of the ticket.
