Air ticket payment
You can pay for NordStar Airlines flight tickets in one of the following ways:
Bank Card
Bank cards of the following international payment systems are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard and MIR.
Problems may occur when paying for tickets with Visa Electron and Maestro bank cards. You should check with the bank that issued the card, if it is possible to use it for transactions on the Internet.
Rapida Payment System
You can pay for tickets booked on www.nordstar.ru in cash through “Euroset” and “Svyaznoy” mobile phone outlet chains.
Payments are accepted throughout the entire territory of the Russian Federation without additional commission fees. To pay for the order, you need to contact the selected payment acceptance point.

Terms of payment
Payment for the order via cash registers of “Euroset” and “Svyaznoy” mobile phone outlets
- Tell the outlet employee (seller) that you would like to pay for air transportation services and name the PAYMENT CODE assigned to you on the web-site.
- The seller will then ask you to tell the mobile phone number that you entered when placing the order and your passport data if the payment amount exceeds 15,000 rubles. Please note that presentation of a passport by the payer is mandatory when payment exceeds 15,000 rubles. Limit of one payment is 500,000 rubles.
- The seller will print out a preliminary receipt. Carefully verify the order information, sign the receipt and return it to the seller.
- Effect payment and take a cash register receipt. Please keep the receipt at least until you use the purchased service to the fullest extent.
Payment for the order through “Svyaznoy” payment terminals
- Go to the “Tickets and Tourism” section.
- Select a pictogram showing NordStar Airlines logo under the heading “NordStar — pay for tickets”. Beneficiary of the payment — NordStar Airlines — can also be found using the search function
- Enter your order number.
- Enter your phone number.
- Enter the exact amount to be credited.
- Check and confirm the data you entered.
- Put banknotes into the bill acceptor and press the “Pay” button.
- Take and keep the payment receipt.
In “Svyaznoy” payment terminals you can use the change to pay for other services, therefore, the exact sum of money is not necessary.
ATTENTION! Maximum amount of one payment in the terminal is 15,000 rubles.
Terms of refund
Procedure of refund in case of service cancellation
Air tickets paid through “Euroset” and “Svyaznoy” mobile phone outlets are refunded on the basis of the application filled in on the NordStar Airlines web-site indicating the requisite details for payment.
Money will be repaid using the details provided in the application within 30 business days from the receipt of the application. The application must be executed by the passenger (with the requisite details in the passenger’s name).
Non-Cash Payment
You can pay for the order against the issued invoice. The form of payment is available.
