NordStar Airlines cancels a number of flights due to extended restrictions on the Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar airports’ operation.
The following flights are cancelled:
TI917 Norilsk – Yekaterinburg – Rostov-on-Don and TI918 Rostov-on-Don – Yekaterinburg – Norilsk with a departure on March 29, 2022
TI915 Norilsk – Novosibirsk – Krasnodar and TI916 Krasnodar – Novosibirsk – Norilsk with a departure on March 30 , 2022;
TI917 Norilsk – Rostov-on-Don // Yekaterinburg – Rostov-on-Don and TI918 Rostov-on-Don – Norilsk // Rostov-on-Don – Yekaterinburg with a departure on March 31, 2022
Passengers of cancelled flights need to apply for a refund or exchange of tickets at the place of ticketing or to the Airlines’ contact center.
For passengers traveling from Rostov-on-Don to Norilsk and Krasnodar to Norilsk on the specified dates, NordStar Airlines will provide the opportunity to take a flight to Norilsk from Moscow Domodedovo Airport and Sochi Airports. Please be reminded that the airline operates daily flights from Moscow (Domodedovo) to Norilsk and from Sochi to Moscow (Domodedovo). You may change the route by calling the Airline Contact Center by phone 8-800-700-8-007.
