NordStar Airlines reminds that it has started selling subsidized tickets for flights scheduled for the summer season of 2022 in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 215 “On Approval of the Rules for Providing Subsidies from the Federal Budget to Air Carriers to Ensure the Availability of Air Transportation to the Population” dated March 2, 2018. Subsidized air tickets are available for flights to/from Norilsk until October 29, 2022.
In accordance with Decree No. 215 dated 02.03.2018, subsidized fares are available for flights operated by NordStar from Norilsk to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Mineralnye Vody, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, and Ufa, with the exception of flights to/from Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don during the period falling under the restrictions of air traffic on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Citizens of the Russian Federation under the age of 23 and over 55 (for women) or over 60 (for men), disabled persons of group I of any age and accompanying persons, as well as persons accompanying disabled children, and lifelong disabled persons of group II or III may purchase tickets for these flights at a subsidized fare. According to the procedure stipulated by the regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, persons who have a large family certificate or other documents attesting to the large family status are also eligible for subsidized air tickets. Please be reminded that in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2478 dated December 25, 2021, effective from January 7, 2022, each passenger entitled to subsidized transportation may purchase no more than 4 one-way tickets or no more than 2 round-trip tickets, or no more than 2 one-way tickets and no more than 1 round-trip ticket.
